The leaking LCD is a very common fault on these high-end units.
 
We have in stock some re-manufactured LCD for the 7618R head-unit.
As this is a fragile and sensitive item, we are not responsible for improper installation or damage caused by the installer.
 
This only work with the 7618R, not 7618, 7618E, 7618J nor 7619R.
 
Installation instructions:
Disconnect your unit, remove the pull-out handle held by 4 screw.
Remove top cover by unscrewing 5 screw. 
Pull firmly volume knob and contrast lever.
Remove front panel by un-snapping 4 hooks.
Remove the 2 face-plate PCB screw and pry the face-plate connector.
Remove solder at LCD hooks bezel hooks and straighten the metal hooks
Remove the metal bezel and replace LCD glass. Replace the 2 zebra strips and be sure to remove protective adhesive on LCD back and front.
